We're looking for a C# developer needed to assit with continuing the Windows version of the application. The individual needs to be familiar with the .NET framework for C#, needs to be able to write controls, and needs to understand how to query a database.

We can provide the SQL queries. We'd also like to expand the types of databases supported. Currently this only MS Access or MSSQL. We'd like to make the application "database agnostic' by having it use any ODBC compliant database that supports foreign keys.

We're also looking for a PHP developer to assist in porting this to PHP. We would prefer to use PostgreSQL since it has native "out of the box" support for foreign keys, which MySQL lacks.

We could also use the assistance of a document write to help us with the install instructions as well as the documentation of the application.
